La-Chelle Henwood

La-Chelle was born & raised in British Columbia. She started dancing when she was 7 years old, starting in Rhythmic Gymnastics and then switching to competitive Jazz, Lyrical and Hip Hop. She also attended a Secondary School that had a dance program that allowed her to learn Bhangara & Tahitian dancing. 


La-Chelle was a BC Lions Cheerleader for 5 years & danced all over Canada at Grey Cup Festival weekend & the Grey Cup Game. She has danced with One Republic, Alissa Cara and Imagine Dragons for the Grey Cup opening & half time show.


One of La-Chelle’s most memeorable experiences was dancing in the 2010 Winter Olympics Closing ceremonies.
